PAYMENT AND CREDIT TERMS

1. All payments made for gaming, accommodations, or other services are final and non-refundable except as provided by law.
2. You agree that We reserve the right to set credit limits on Your account and deny credit if deemed necessary.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

1. We may terminate these Terms and Conditions immediately without notice upon breach of any provision hereof or Our policies.
2. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Our Services.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Oklahoma, USA, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BINDING EFFECT
